4. Access data (server log files) and hosting
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical access data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time, page requested, data volume transferred and access status, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data serves the technical operation, stability and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA), which processes the server log data on our behalf. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (vercel.com/legal/dpa). As a US company, Vercel may transfer data to the USA; Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR) and has additionally agreed the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) as an appropriate safeguard. 5. Contact by email and phone
If you contact us, we process the data you provide (name, company, contact details, project information, attachments) to handle your enquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, or its performance), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The enquiry form on this website sends no data to a server itself; it opens a prepared email in your own email client. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Technical data you hand over for a tooling project (CAD models, drawings, specifications) is treated confidentially and passed to our partner plant only to the extent the project requires. On request we conclude a non-disclosure agreement before any data transfer.
6. Transfers to third countries
For project execution, the transfer of technical project data to A-KITA Precision Molding Industry Co., Ltd. in China may be necessary. The transfer takes place on the basis of Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR (necessity for the performance of a contract) and is contractually secured through non-disclosure agreements. Personal data is generally limited to the business contact details of those involved in the project.
7. Cookies, analytics and third-party content
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, tracking or marketing services and embeds no content from third-party servers (such as fonts, maps or videos). All content is delivered by this website's hosting server.
